Collin Bowman was an absolute dream to work with! He made the buying process super easy and stress free! He was always available to answer any questions I had and made it simple enough for me to understand. He worked so hard to find me my dream home in such a short amount of time.

The Bowman team is good at showing houses, being available, being sweet and kind prior to the closing of deals, and are really good at staging. Unfortunately we ran into a lot of problems with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home when using this team. They told us a lot of things that we found out later were wrong, and we would have missed out on a lot of things if we hadn't pushed back/asked questions. Our situation wasn't cut and dry, but there were several times we were told things to just keep us compliant that ended up not being true. We also found out things from our buyers instead of our agents and were told that they didn't tell us because they didn't know the buyer would have said something. They also didn't take a picture for us when we bought our home, which was disappointing. The closing attorney (the one they chose) ended up costing us thousands of dollars extra and several months delay. When trying to understand some of the arbitrary requirements the attorney requested, they acted as if it was 100% normal but when we talked to other professionals, we learned that the attorney was just making up her own list. I just would have preferred that they try to find the info before making things up or agreeing with people "just because." I found many errors in documentation throughout the process, so if you use them, double check (with someone else) anything that seems questionable.

We've been working with Leslie and Colin for approximately 6 months. We had very strict and unusual parameters. We had to sell the house in Florida and close before we could purchase a home here in GA. Leslie and Colin did their research and showed us houses that were within our parameters and within our means. We were never shown anything that was a dream home for just about anyone, with a big price tag that goes along with that, in hopes that we'd give in and purchase a house with a mortgage, which was something we were not going to do! Many realtors will show you houses above your means, in hopes for a larger commissions. You see that on TV shows regarding real estate and it really makes me angry. They are not adhering to the needs and wants of their clients! And then they go above their means, become house poor, and one financial bump in the road, they lose their home. That's what I have dealt with when it comes to realtors over the years. That is NOT what you'll be dealing with when it comes to Leslie and Colin. Their integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, faith, and straight up friendliness, leaves you knowing that you are in great hands! They are your friends who are also your realtors. This is how you'll feel when you choose them. We are not related to them, nor have we been personal friends, prior to being clients. However, we now have friends in the real estate business whom are held in high regards, both personally and professionally.
