I can’t recommend Chad and Karen enough! Anyone can show a house for a seller, but they have the experience to negotiate for the buyer and close the deal in multi-bid situations. In a difficult housing market, you want them in your corner! And Chad’s years of experience in the industry means he can warn you whenever he notices issues with a house that would end up costing you on down the road. And if there’s something you hate about an otherwise great house, like an outdated kitchen, he can tell you whether it’ll be fairly inexpensive to remedy. Just all in all, I wouldn’t go with anyone else!
